Muscle Therapy Bath Salts


Dissolve a scoop (or two, or three) into a warm bath. Soak deeply for at least 20 minutes. Be careful to leave your bath slowly after you’ve thoroughly soaked. Epsom salt has a way of deeply relaxing your body. Best to do at night!
